Terms & Conditions

 

• All terms and conditions are between us ‘Surrey Limos’ and yourself ‘The Hirer’ (The Hirer is the person named in the customer details section of this document).

• The deposit paid is non refundable.

• Cancellations less than 14 days away from the hire date are charged at the total price of hire. Cancellations between 14 to 30 days of the hire date are charged at 50% of the total price of hire. Cancellations over 30 days away from the hire date have no extra charges other than the loss of the deposit.

• We obtain the card details to which you have paid the deposit with until the hire is complete. Any additional charges will be debited as per our terms of business.

• You must stick to the times on the booking confirmation.

• Late charges are incurred after 15 minutes of the driver waiting at a rate of £75 per 30 minutes. Example ‘The booking starts at 09:00am but the vehicle departs between 09:16am – 09:30am then this would incur a £75 charge, The next 30 minute £75 late charge would be applicable between 09:31am – 10:00am’. (Please note there are no late charges if the total length of hire does not exceed the hire time stated on the booking).

• Excessive mess in the vehicle will incur a £50 valeting charge payable by ‘The Hirer’.

• If any of the party vomits in the vehicle a valeting charge of £150 is payable by ‘The Hirer’.

• Any damage caused by either ‘The Hirer’ or ‘Their Party’ is payable by ‘The Hirer’.
• Surrey Limos have the right to terminate a booking in progress for any bad behavior, we also have the right to refuse entry for anyone who appears unfit to travel.

• No food is permitted inside the vehicle.

• The total balance outstanding must be paid to the driver on arrival.

• Any additional pick ups or drop offs on the day have to be quoted over the phone by the operator not the driver.

• Amendments to bookings incur a £25 admin charge at our discretion.
